For as much as I enjoy remaining in the background, this website is my attempt to become a little more visible, to let you know that I exist, and to provide the smallest glimpse into what I do and what I can uniquely offer.

Above all, my strength lies in forming close relationships based on trust, openness, and a shared commitment to value-driven outcomes. Having lived and worked in a number of different countries and settings, and with experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors, I am adept at connecting with diverse groups and individuals, consistently achieving positive results in any setting.

How do I do it? More than anything I take the time to listen, with empathy and intention. I add my perspective to my clients’ projects and work together to find innovative solutions. I enjoy writing, research, strategic planning, and, most importantly, fostering meaningful partnerships. As a registered social worker, I integrate a person-focused, strengths-based perspective into all my projects and collaborations, bringing a unique blend of empathy and strategic thinking.
