For as much as I enjoy remaining in the background, this website is my attempt to become a little more visible, to let you know that I exist, and to provide a clearer glimpse into what I do and what I can offer.
My strength is engagement. I connect with people, build trust, ask useful questions, have honest conversations, and get to the heart of what matters. But the value of that work is in what happens next. I take what I hear and shape it into clear reports, recommendations, presentations, stronger language, practical tools, and meaningful next steps.
I have worked with a broad range of organizations, teams, community partners, and projects, but the pattern is usually the same. I help people slow down, understand what is happening, identify what matters, and find a practical way forward.
More than anything, I take the time to listen with empathy and intention. I draw out what people know but have not always had the chance to articulate, then translate it into something clear, practical, and useful.
As a registered social worker, I bring a person-focused, strengths-based lens to everything I do. That means I am as interested in the people behind the work as I am in the work itself, and in building the kind of trust that helps honest conversations happen and good work move forward.
